If a user contacts us directly or through the in-app bug report option, we collect their email only to communicate and resolve the issue. Users can exercise their data deletion right by requesting us to delete their email and associated app data from our records.

We review each request promptly and take necessary actions based on account verification and applicable legal/security requirements.

Send your request from the same email address registered in the app. Use this subject line: "Addis Assistant data deletion request".
